Michelle is a psychotherapist specialising in online sessions. 

 

 

If you are currently feeling the impetus to live life without regrets then you are not alone. This period of global flux is being felt by all of us on an individual and social level.  In my practice I am finding that people are ready to unpack issues that they have been living with for many years.  Crisis can drive change, healing and resilience building.

Changes in identity, status, employment, country, financial worth and questions about life, the future and relationships can be destabilising but they can also lead to profound change and growth. 

​

It is a time that challenges us as humans to consider the present, the past and the future.  Working through our present moment responses can  lead to  resilience and strength in facing a less certain future. 

​

I take an integrated approach to counselling using a variety of techniques and philosophies including, mind/body techniques,  trauma informed therapy, person centered therapy, narrative and solution focused techniques.

To provide a supportive and safe online space for clients to work towards deeper understanding of self and others.

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
